Man, it’s a hot one Like seven inches from the midday sun Well, I hear you whisper and the words melt everyone But you stay so cool
My muñequita, My Spanish Harlem Mona Lisa You’re my reason for reason The step in my groove, yeah.
And if you said, “This life ain’t good enough.” I would give my world to lift you up I could change my life to better suit your mood Because you’re so smooth
And it’s just like the ocean under the moon It’s the same as the emotion that I get from you You got the kind of loving that can be so smooth, yeah. Gimme your heart, make it real Or else forget about it
Well, I’ll tell you one thing If you would leave it’d be a crying shame In every breath and every word I hear your name calling me out
Well I’m from the barrio, You hear my rhythm on your radio You feel the turning of the world so soft and slow Turning you ‘round and ‘round
And if you said, “This life ain’t good enough.” I would give my world to lift you up I could change my life to better suit your mood Because you’re so smooth
And it’s just like the ocean under the moon It’s the same as the emotion that I get from you You got the kind of loving that can be so smooth, yeah. Gimme your heart, make it real Or else forget about it
And it’s just like the ocean under the moon It’s the same as the emotion that I get from you You got the kind of loving that can be so smooth, yeah. Gimme your heart, make it real Or else forget about it
Or else forget about it Or else forget about it Oh, let’s don’t forget about it (Gimme your heart, make it real) Let’s don’t forget about it Let’s don’t forget about it Let’s don’t forget about it Let’s don’t forget about it Let’s don’t forget about it

“Don’t Fence Me In” (originally by Cole Porter)
Oh, give me land, lots of land under starry skies above Don’t fence me in Let me ride through the high, flyin’ city that I love Don’t fence me in
Let me be by myself in the evenin’ breeze And listen to the murmur of the tall concrete Send me off forever but I ask you please Don’t fence me in
Now put the spin in my wheels, let me run away with my thoughts Don’t fence me in Say Freedom is the word, Heaven’s own work of art Don’t fence me in
I wanna ride to the ridge where the view commences Gaze at the moon till I lose my senses My heart stays on the road ‘cause I can’t stand fences Don’t fence me in
(Free!)
Just turn me loose, let me straddle my old saddle Underneath the city lights On my Cayuse, let me wander over yonder Till I see the morning sky
I wanna ride to the ridge where the view commences Gaze at the moon till I lose my senses My heart stays on the road ‘cause I can’t stand fences Don’t fence me in Don’t fence me in Don’t fence me in Don’t fence me in
Don’t fence me in Don’t fence me in Don’t fence me in Don’t fence me in Don’t fence me in Don’t fence me in

Imagine a world No gravity at all A few light steps in the blue Imagine a word To describe my love The clear sound of floating in the wind Isn’t it fine fine fine To drop down the stones To look up the light Isn’t it fine fine fine To be led by you To hold tight the sky Imagine a word You can call it home, The warm sun after the storm. Imagine a world, No limits at all, The whole ground breathing with us Everything’s changing, everything’s clear The reason is you, my reason is you Holding together, close to the stars I can see the things I know what they mean Where are we going Nobody knows But I’ll stay with you I’ll stay with you Something is blowin’ I’ll get the call I feel it so clear, I know that is real Isn’ it fine fine fine To drop down the stones To look up the light Isn’t it fine fine fine To be led by you To hold tight the sky Isn’t it fine fine fine To drop down the stones To look up the light Isn’t it fine fine fine To be led by you To hold tight the sky

“Limelight”
I can see the glow of a distant sun I can feel it inside Maybe this day could be the one
I can hear the roar of a distant crowd They are waiting for me Calling my name Shouting out loud
Holding on isn’t always easy I ain’t gonna change my mind
Limelight you were all I ever wanted Since it all began Limelight shining on me Telling the world who I am Limelight don’t let me slip right through your fingers There’s a long way to fall After the years of waiting I’m gonna show them all
I can see the world in a different light Now it’s easy to say Where I went wrong What I did right
I can hear the beat of a different drum Take it all in my stride Hold my head high Second to none
Holding on wasn’t always easy Nothing can change my mind
Limelight you were all I ever wanted since it all began Limelight shining on me telling the world who I am Limelight don’t let it slip right through your fingers There’s a long way to fall After all the years of waiting, I’m gonna show them all Maybe the role’s not easy, maybe the prize is small After all the years of waiting, I’m gonna show them all
The silicon chip inside her head Gets switched to overload And nobody’s gonna go to school today She’s going to make them stay at home
And daddy doesn’t understand it He always said she was as good as gold And he can see no reason ‘cause there are no reasons What reason do you need to be shown?
(Tell me why) I don’t like Mondays (Tell me why) I don’t like Mondays (Tell me why) I don’t like Mondays I wanna shoot
The whole day down
The telex machine is kept so clean And it types to a waiting world Her mother feels so shocked, father’s world is rocked And their thoughts turn to their own little girl
Sweet 16 ain’t that peachy keen No, it ain’t so neat to admit defeat They can see no reasons ‘cause there are no reasons What reason do you need, oh, ohoho
(Tell me why) I don’t like Mondays (Tell me why) I don’t like Mondays (Tell me why) I don’t like Mondays I wanna shoot
The whole day down, down, down Shoot it all down
And all the playing’s stopped in the playground now She wants to play with the toys a while And school’s out early and soon we be learning And the lesson today is how to die
And then the bullhorn crackles and the captain tackles With the problems and the hows and whys And he can see no reasons ‘cause there are no reasons What reason do you need to die, die, ohoho
And the silicon chip inside her head Gets switched to overload, oh And nobody’s gonna go to school today She’s going to make them stay at home
And daddy doesn’t understand it He always said she was as good as gold And he can see no reason ‘cause there are no reasons What reason do you need to be shown?
(Tell me why) I don’t like Mondays (Tell me why) I don’t like Mondays (Tell me why) I don’t like, I don’t like (Tell me why) I don’t like Mondays
Tell me why I don’t like, I don’t like (Tell me why) I don’t like Mondays Tell me why I don’t like Mondays I wanna shoot
The whole day down (Ooohooohooo, ooohooohooo Ooohooohooo)
